This webinar will explore Massachusetts’ history of HFC or “10 Percenters.” From horse tracks to infiltrating the Massachusetts State Lottery, this training focuses on how investigators identified and worked with law enforcement agencies to dismantle the largest 10 Percenter syndicate in Mass State Lottery’s history.
The subject matters will include an overview of current laws, regulations and polices; money laundering; data mining; and investigative techniques used to send these individuals to prison.
